Even when we know a relationship is toxic, it’s not always easy to stop ourselves from going back. In this episode, host Dr. Nic Hardy is joined by Mindfulness Expert and Practitioner Kierra McShine-Gregory.

Kierra is a mental health counselor and mindfulness practitioner who works with adolescents, adults and families using the practice of mindfulness to support depression, anxiety, relationship restoration and stress management.
