Hey there, it’s Wendy welcome to Episode 3 of "that independent streak... podcast".
Today’s guest, Heather Douglas is a lifelong tribe traveler. As the Regional Director of Sales for IHG ’s Premium and Lifestyle brands. I, of course, wanted to reconnect and hear more about the hotel space and how things are evolving in a post pandemic world... and also to claim her as the podcast hotel Subject Matter Expert. crowned
We do get to that...I don’t want to give too much away but I will say this, Heather is one of my favorite storytellers, and she does not disappoint in this episode either. Her stories start almost right out of the gate.
