Over the years working with clients and athletes one on one, I have dealt with the question "how do I add muscle while on the Paleo Diet" numerous times. A listener of the show recently sent me this exact same question for the Ask Gary Anything segments, and I realized I hadn't addressed this ever in The Simple Life with Gary Collins Podcast. So I decided to dedicate an entire episode to this question, as it is a common one when people dig into the Paleo diet and dial in their eating habits and the Paleo lifestyle. To my women listeners, don't think this doesn't apply to you, as it does, but you will have to listen to the episode to understand why. I know for most, this seems like a strange question: Why would it be so hard to add muscle mass while eating Paleo?
