Kayla is going into her 6th year of teaching in the state of South Dakota. She teaches grades 5-12 band in 2 small towns 10 minutes apart. She met her husband in college and has been married for 4 years. She had her first daughter, Addie this last September and also has a toy Aussie named Bailey. After a difficult birth, Kayla talks about her experience trying to breastfeed, "re-lactating" after not feeding in the first week postpartum, and her experience pumping at work as a teacher.
