Could your soul use a warm bath of permission, storytelling, and love? Just in time for the start of September, you will not want to miss today’s show! I'm here with Molly Crouch. Molly and I talk about her experience of realizing the pace of her family’s life needed to change. We dig into making the right decisions for yourself and/or your family regardless of unspoken pressures and expectations. We also talk about Molly’s coaching journey, what it looks like to be an empowered woman, and the slow bleed that is comparison. Tune in to this episode to hear more!

Molly Crouch is the founder of In Her Company, a blog celebrating the strength and grace of women, the beauty of friendships, and the power of our influence. She is a mom of four, with ten years between her bookend kids, and lives in Charlottesville, Virginia. She believes in gathering, connecting, and truth telling, and that every woman has a story worth sharing. She also thinks that comparison is a slow bleed, friendships that make space for inspiration, affirmation, and encouragement are important. She believes in rest and margins, the practice of gratitude, and that laughter, Pinot noir, and girlfriends’ weekends can probably fix just about anything. She believes that a woman is known by the company she keeps.
