In This Episode:

The highly sensitive person is actually different from the empath although someone can be both highly sensitive and have empath traits. Many people confuse the two for the same meaning, but they truly are different. I am both a highly sensitive person and I am an empath, so I have a lot of personal experiences to share with you to differentiate the two. Sensory overload can happen for both types of people in different ways. Being an empath is hard at times but you can manage it if you understand how to take care of yourself. If you keep asking yourself, "why do I feel so much?" Then this is the video for you. I'm a manifestation coach but also an expert in the spiritual and physical world when it comes to hypersensitivity.
