For as long as we could remember, we have had expectations. Expectations we set ourselves and expectations that are set on us.
And for just as long we have had a certain set of stressors as a result of those expectations. A certain set of identities that we have attached to the results of the expectations. As if to say this is what you are. No more, no less.
But what if those expectations weren't set? What if there was no expectation to worry about, to stress about?
I would imagine the life lead from that thought could create something quite exciting.
