Forgiveness is not always easy...in fact in can actually be really dang hard to forgive when you're in a place of betrayal and hurt. However, holding on to hurt and carrying the burden of hostility can really harm us both mentally and physically. In this episode, we chat about lessons we've learned regarding forgiveness, and how accepting forgiveness as necessary has brought us to a place of loving kindness.
