Being in a situationship SUCKS! It's confusing, often frustrating and it's so, so painful. You fall into the trap of getting into a routine with the guy you like, and keep refraining from bringing anything up in case he doesn't feel the same way about you back... but he's friendly and flirty, so surely he likes you, but how can you know?! And before you know it, you're knee-deep in a year-long situationship that you finally build the courage to ask about and it's not good news...

In this episode I'll talk about identifying the signs that your situationship isn't progressing, understanding your own wants and needs, and having honest conversationsan with yourself and your love interests. It's important to remember that your happiness and emotional well-being matter too.

Moving on can be scary, but I hope this episode inspires you to take the necessary steps towards a happier, healthier future.
