Coach and mentor Cole Rodgers is passionate about helping men step into their fullest potential as leaders and role models. Through his own dark night of the soul, he finally gave up warring with himself and realigned his values to what was most important to him. This meant leaving his corporate job, investing in his mental health through therapy, and pushing himself physically to maximum capacity. Now he uses his story as a tool to help men overcome challenges that are holding them back from living their best lives.

Cole considers himself an alpha man and uses the skills he’s honed to teach men how to lead through example. There are two sides of the alpha man—one that is unhealthy and another that has been reborn through the fire of experience. Many people, not just men, struggle with addressing conflict in a helpful way. Cole works with clients to practice leading with human connection rather than aggression or emotionality. Instead of valuing themselves around sex, money, and status, Cole’s mission is to guide men through their inner healing work so they can impact those around them in positive ways.
