1) Depression: This stage can be so dreaded that it keeps some people locked in denial, anger, or bargaining—or some combination of them. Again .. This is also a normal and necessary part of grieving

  • Signs or Symptoms of Depression
    • If you struggle to get out of bed in the morning
    • If you no longer have interest in hobbies you once loved
    • If you’re isolating yourself
    • If your appetite or sleep schedule drastically changes
    • If you’re having thoughts of harming yourself
    • You may be sitting there watching television and suddenly start crying.
    • Depression is also a sign of admitting defeat
  • The IMPACT of the inevitable loss of the marriage comes
    • Searing sadness, Regret, and Like Anger, this stage is repetitive and may affect you more than the others
    • Impaired physical health: Depression can affect a person's physical health by causing fatigue, sleep problems, headaches, and chronic pain.
    • Reduced social support: People with depression may withdraw from social activities and relationships, which can lead to increased feelings of isolation and loneliness.
    • Financial problems: Divorce can lead to financial stress, and depression can make it difficult to manage finances, leading to financial difficulties.
    • Negative impact on parenting: Depression can affect a parent's ability to care for their children, leading to negative consequences for the children's well-being.
    • Reduced work performance: Depression can affect a person's work performance, leading to problems with employment and financial stability.
    • Increased risk of other mental health problems: Depression can lead to other mental health problems, such as anxiety, substance abuse, or Suicidal Thoughts
  • The critical time to be connected to a healthy support system of
    • Family
    • Friends
    • Church
    • Local Support groups
