When Setbacks Create Business Opportunities - This episode of ‘Run The Business’ is a little different, as Ant speaks to an entrepreneur who suffered a freak sporting injury that turned his whole life upside down, but also created his business opportunity.

Cameron Johnston is the CEO and founder of Riixo, a company that makes products that help with sports injury recovery and performance.

He’s a former professional rugby player who has represented Scotland and the GB 7’s team. A serious injury shortened his playing career and after that he took up a new challenge and qualified as a chartered physiotherapist. He joined the army and spent time as part of a UN peacekeeping force in Central Africa where the idea for his business came about.

Although a lingering issue with his back means he is now unable to run, Cameron shares some incredibly interesting takes on how sport and business can align to assist with goal setting and managing new ideas.
