This week on the Girls 4 Greatness podcast I have the privilege and honor of welcoming another truly amazing woman with a truly remarkable story of triumph over great struggle.

This week I am having an incredibly inspiring conversation with Brittany Baarson, a wife and mom of two. Brittany has a story that you don’t want to miss hearing, one in which she shares how she has become a survivor of a very rare and aggressive form of cancer. While she was 7 months pregnant with her daughter, Brittany was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. Brittany also learned that her treatment would involve a leg amputation and the early delivery of her baby.

However in spite of these incredible challenges, Brittany is a beautiful example of resiliency and positivity. Brittany’s mission to use her own voice to bring about change shines through in our conversation.

Please be sure to find and follow Brittany over on Instagram under @brittanybaarson, and also be sure to check out the organizations Brittany mentions in our interview. These organizations are all making a huge impact on the research as well as on those affected by osteosarcoma. You can find the organization Move for Jenn under @moveforjenn, Range of Motion Project under @rompglobal, and the Osteosarcoma Institute under @osinstitue. You can also head to www.mibagents.org to find out more about the organization Making it Better Agents.
