Olivia is a 28 year old Welsh international athlete who excels in distances from 3000m all the way up to half marathons. Olivia's personal bests in the 5000m is 16:15 seconds, 10km 33:48 seconds and her Half Marathon time of 1 hour,13 min and 38 seconds, puts her in the top 1% in the world. That takes planning, preparation and dedication each and every day. Olivia's focus in 2023 will be to compete in shorter distances in track & field and take a break from longer distances. We wish her well in her 2023 running campaign. When Olivia is not prepping her day to fit in her training, she holds down a very important role in the business industry as a fully qualified chartered accountant. Olivia worked for 4 years in her field while she studied for her professional level exams before moving into the accounting industry where she became Head of Finance for a very transformational manufacturing company in Wales at the age of 26. If you wish to contact Olivia and learn more about her and her approach to business and athletic training, please reach out to her at the contact point below. Thank you again Olivia for being a guest on our show! Keep living that Why Not Me mentality! Contact Olivia: Instagram: ojt_runs Linkedin: Olivia Tsim
