We are often so fearful of saying 'no' & setting boundaries because we don't want to let people down or hurt somebody's feelings, but everytime we accept any situation that isn't right for us by failing to say 'no' when we know we really should, we let ourselves down. It's time to put your first & prioritise your needs.
