Time for another scalp slapping episode of “Should I Bother?”. This week - Indian Head Massages!

Diving into this one with tension-ridden temples, we did expect some relaxation involved, but hair growth?? That claim's a load of bollo*ks. Surely?

As the second topic of our new format, this episode is Part 1 where we do our usual bit of research - on the ancient techniques and modern day claims - to see if it’s worth the bother.

Is it just a regular old rub-down, or can it induce a Nirvana-inspired noggin? Let’s see. We’ll do our best to separate the follicle from the folly.

Also let us know what you think of our game of the week - “Get that India, Cynthia!”. Yep. As ridiculous as it sounds.

Tune in next week for part 2, when we'll discuss our experience of getting a head massage to see if it truly holds the secret key to your scalp's salvation.

5Liked this episode or have a suggestion for something we should bother doing? We’d love your review!
