Conversation #26 : Doing Church Differently
Manage episode 378840408 series 3459715
We are insanely humbled at the amount of people who have reached out and shared how much this podcast has meant to them on their deconstruction journeys.
With so many listening who are not local, we used this podcast to share a little about our hearts to "do church differently" and to share some of the history of The Connecting Grounds (TCG). Christie also shares some of her story facing oppression as a pastor, and her heart to plant TCG.
Phil's voice was missing this week due to schedule conflict but we should all be together again soon!
If you'd like to learn more about TCG, visit our website! theconnectinggrouds.com
We hope you are able to find a safe, supportive community in your deconstructing because "no one deserves to deconstruct alone" as we mentioned during week 17. Our Flipped Table Theology Facebook group may be a starting place for you and we encourage anyone who is deconstructing or processing religious trauma to join.
The Flipped Table Theology Podcast is a production of The Flipped Table Collective. You can explore all of the resources, classes, events, and trainings that the Flipped Table Collective has to offer at www.flippedtablecollective.com.
