#35 - I am training for my first marathon in 20 years. I ran 8 marathons from my late 30s to my early 40s - but none in the last 20 years.
As I have been training, I realized that almost everything I am doing now is different than 20 years ago - and better!
Not only that, I am enjoying it so much more.
I'm not just older, but wiser.
