Ashton shares her take on the potential benefit of cross-training for runners and how to create a well-rounded health and exercise routine. They discuss whether or not insoles are necessary, and Ashton shares one type of insoles to NEVER fall for.

For their run, Josh and Ashton ran from Ashton’s neighborhood up the sneaky, but strong, Armstrong Hill to the Katy Trail, down a portion of the trail and back.
