Tyler gives a look into his alter-ego @dadmiles22, and shares how he looks to motivate his students as well as how being a dad has inspired him to include his kids in his workouts.

He shares about his work with athletes at Team Catapult and how rewarding it is to help show others that they are capable of more than they might think!

Tyler explains the 80/20 training method and teaches Josh more about the palmar cooling method as well.
