In this weeks podcast I let you know how my training is going ahead of my Half Marathon, I get a PB which I am really happy about. I then demonstrate how easy it is to cook a really healthy meal from ingredients and recipes supplied by the Mindful Chef. There is a snippet from my chat with James Kimber in week two just in case you missed it and Jo Bridges gives advice for beginners either on a running journey of a fitness journey on what to do if you are feeling overwhelmed.
