Have a bedtime routine 2. Keep waking and sleep times consistent 3. Exercise 4. Bright light exposure in the morning 5. Avoid bright light at night (including devices) 6. Bring bedtime forwards gradually 7. Meditation/mindfulness 8. No daytime sleeping 9. Block out distracting sounds 10.
