Overthinking – our good old friend that so many of us are incredibly familiar with.
Let's be honest, overthinking is a giant pain in the ass that makes everything seem and feel 10,000 times worse. I'm here to let you know, though, that there is a way to interrupt your overthinking so that it doesn't take you down that spiral.
Because you, my friend, are more in control of your thoughts than you realize. Sometimes you just need some tools and some methods to know how to interrupt that pattern so that you can actually get to the thing that you really want in the first place.
That's why today's Powerback® episode is dedicated to giving you a couple of different methods so you know what to do when overthinking rears its ugly head. Because when you know what to do, you can actually shift the entire situation in the moment.
We’ll go through:

  • 3 of the most common overthinking examples
  • How interrupting it can help you stop overthinking
  • 3 questions to explore what overthinking looks and sounds like for you
  • 3 incredibly simple methods to interrupt overthinking
  • Taking the action that supports what you really need
