Farm Raised Salmon vs Wild Caught Salmon

Today, we're talking about one of the foods I consider pretty "super" and that is salmon.
It is loaded with anti-inflammatory fatty acids to build beautiful cell membranes, as well as vitamin D, B!2, selenium, and potassium. And of course the beautiful astaxanthin induced pigment that works as an antioxidant to protect the eyes, heart, and brain.
However there is a big difference between wild caught salmon and farmed salmon.
Straight to the point you want to pass on farmed salmon, most commonly referred to as Atlantic salmon.
Today, I'm sharing five reasons we would do well to pass on farmed salmon.
