What if I told you that your ability to daydream is connected to how well you are able to handle stress and embody states of presence and calm? In this episode Violetta continues the conversation from last week and shares a different perspective about how daydreaming can be the catalyst in helping you create a more fulfilling, happy and successful life, not just career.

Most people embark on a journey of transformation from either a place of desperation or inspiration, but you don't have to be struggling to change your mind. However, there is something that you do need to develop to help you deepen confidence in your decisions, enhance the quality of your relationships and to shift your emotional experience and cultivate more ease, joy and flow in your work and life, and that thing is self-trust. As women in particular, we are taught that other people's needs come before our own and that self-sacrifice and exhaustion shows that we are worthy, good and hard workers. Today's episode explores simple ways you can cultivate more emotional freedom and new opportunities in your work and life that are in alignment with who you are and how you really want your life to look and feel.
