This show we have a very special guest, Chris Currie of Hold Fast JiuJitsu, and recent IBJJF PANs Gold Medalist. In addition, Chris is a neighbor of Eric Davis and is the assistant coach at Hold Fast JiuJitsu where Eric’s training home resides. Chris has become a close friend, a consummate coach and one of the hardest working practitioners we know.

We talk about Chris’s recent win at the 2024 IBJJF Pans in Florida, his 2023 silver medal and his JiuJitsu competitive path. He also provides great insight into his mental game development that has been pivotal to his competitive success. Lastly, we have a really great music that has some cool surprises as well.
