Welcome to the Horror Project Podcast. Join hosts Laura and Phil as they review Housebound (2014).
Housebound provided us with a mixed viewing experience, leaving us both satisfied and frustrated. The film captivated us with its intriguing plot centered around Kylie's attempt to uncover the supernatural secrets lurking within her mother's house, all while being confined to house arrest. This premise sparked a discussion about the challenges faced by adults living with their parents, shedding light on the complexities experienced by both the parent and the child in such situations. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of a reference to the popular British soap opera, Coronation Street, who knew it was also popular in New Zealand!?!?
Plus we shall be finding a place on the leaderboard for the movie during our Ranking.
