Welcome to the first update of Project 20! πŸŽ‰ This is my journey to achieve a sub 20-minute 5k parkrun over a 20-week program. This week, I kicked off my training with Carl from Start Running, Stay Running. We're building a solid base with some strength work, and my legs are definitely feeling it! πŸ’ͺ

In this video, I share the story of my previous attempts at breaking the 20-minute barrier, my involvement with the Moreton Bay Roadrunners Club, and how I'm gearing up for this challenging yet exciting journey. πŸš€
