Today we are diving a little deeper into this feeling of guilt that we battle when we actually do take the time for ourselves and things we love.
That feeling when you are sort of trying to do this self care thing but your mind is just else where and it’s not having the desired effect at all…and you end up just scratching the idea altogether 🙈
Let’s explore why we feel that way and how we can use some simple shifts in our mindset to feel much better about it. And also how we actually find the time to work this self care or creative time into our lives.
