In this episode I speak to the Overeaters Anonymous (OA) program and what I have learned about the program and the insight I have from partaking in the program years ago.
OA focuses on creating a supportive fellowship rooted in the principles of the 12-step program, aimed at helping individuals overcome compulsive eating behaviors. It parallels Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), emphasizing anonymity and a surrender to the powerlessness over food. The program offers structured steps that encourage spiritual growth, moral inventory, and making amends, all within a fellowship that strives to foster understanding and support.
I do not support any food program specifically and invite you to speak with your clinician before entering into any food or exercise program.

If you found this discussion on OA insightful, I invite you to subscribe to the show for more episodes on wellness strategies, and living your best life through the lens of project management. Join our community of listeners committed to personal growth and empowerment and I invite you to share the episode with your friends and family.
