We all have moments where we get knocked off balance.

It doesn't matter how emotionally or spiritually evolved you are, it's going to happen – and, for some, it'll happen quite regularly.

The most important thing, though, is how we respond to these moments.

As Vince Lombardi once said, "it's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get back up..."

In the emotionally triggering world that we live in, we need to have a range of strategies for dealing with unpleasant experiencing and for processing & regulating the unpleasant emotions that often come with these experiences.
And one great way to do this is using the S.T.O.P technique from mindfulness.

So in this episode, we'll be breaking down the technique and also looking at how to make it even more powerful by sprinkling in some NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

SHOW NOTES:

Books mentioned: Flow: The Psychology of Happiness by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

Free Online Training on Meditation (IMPORTANT NOTE: Enter the code: SLLOFFER at checkout to enrol for free).
