What motivates a person to make changes in their lives through self-discipline? In Lindsey’s case, a life experience left her feeling a way she didn’t like so she started searching for an outlet and found exercise and strength training.

As an intentional strategy, Lindsey makes decisions in advance as to what habits she wants to engage in and then prepares in advance to set herself up for success limiting opportunities for her mind and emotions to get in the way of engaging in the healthy habits she has in mind.
