Today on the show we have someone who I believe is the most well rounded athlete, business person, charity driven, and motivational person on the planet and her name is Robyn Benincasa out of Southern California. I first met Robyn about 10 years ago when I was racing with her brother Jack London in a ton of adventure races. Robyn is the crazy sister that we idolized as she was always a long ways ahead of us in any event that we were in together. She became a world champion adventure racer on team Nike, Merrel, and Earthlink, and has taken top finishes in the Eco Challenge, Primal Quest, and other top adventure races across the globe. In addition she holds world records for endurance paddling via stand up paddle board and kayaking, is a 10x Ironman finisher, twice on the podium, Judo National Champion, award winning motivational speaker, firefighter, and founder of Project Athena.
