Why Black Jobs Matter: Evangelist Reginald Benjamin is the founding Executive Director of ABBA (Able Body of Believer’s Alliance) Leadership Center, a not-for-profit, faith-based organization located in Hempstead, New York. For the last 17 years Evangelist Benjamin has worked as a Chaplain in Nassau County Jail under the leadership of the Nassau County Council of Black clergy. He clearly understands why black jobs matter. A Man without Skills is a Man without Hope.
