This is a solo episode full of Shelbye feelings and ramblings (you’re welcome ;)) I wanted to touch on a topic that I struggle with myself— being okay with not being okay. This could be applied to having bad body image days, temptations to diet, life events that bring us down, whatever the case may be. We all have bad days. How do we accept the bad and try to come out on the other side? This episode is about being real with ourselves, about being imperfect and about how to stay on a positive path.
