Shay Eskew is ranked in the top 1% of the world in the Ironman endurance race. He was burned on 35% of his body at 8 years old. He endured over 35 surgeries throughout his lifetime to become the athlete and motivational speaker that he is today. In this episode:

- Ear amputation with no pain medicine and relearning how to lift his arm over his head after three years of rehab
