In today’s episode, I’m sharing a concept that I came up with for a class that’s available on my LYT Daily. The simple stitch is used to help people identify that the act of starting is really very powerful. A lot of people reach out to me wanting to make changes in different facets of their lives, knowing what changes to make, but feeling overwhelmed at the road ahead.
