This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Stefanie Valakas, an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist.

We met recently at the inaugral All About Fertility Expo and had so much to discuss, that I thought it would be better to invite Stefanie to the show to talk about her focus on fertility health.

Stefanie is experienced in optimising the diet and lifestyle of women and couples to enhance their fertility and health outcomes, using the latest scientific evidence.

She is particularly interested in utilising the Mediterranean dietary approach to enhancer the fertility of women living with PCOS and looking to nourish their growing families. Stefanie is also a part of Nutrition Plus, a leading group of dietitians across Australia and New Zealand focused on delivering the very best results in the reproductive health and nutrition space.

When Stefanie isn't busy helping women and couples in her office or online, she provides expert advice to the media about women's health nutrition, is involved in research with the University of New South Wales and part of the teaching staff at the University of Sydney helping the next generation of dietitians learn about nutrition!
