If you use your past as a justifucation for your remaining inthe life you have,, what can you anticipate for your future? Focus your attention on the day in hand and allow yourself to become aware of the thoughts that dominate your mind. Although it may not feel comfortable at first to let yourself hear the negative chatter, it is only by becoming aware that you can choose something different and not allow them to control and dominate your life.
