This is the time of year when the creative juices are flowing. Put the losses from 2017 down to learning lessons, build on the victories, and add some spice into your set of goals to truly add some flair and energy to your life.

Damian likes to write down 100 goals at this time of year. What he does with this written list is fascinating. Marcus, on the other hand, has a very different way of goal-setting for each year, which is explained in this episode.
