Damian has just hosted an evening for men to discuss the stress response, mental health and how to reduce the impact that chronic stress can have on us.

It raises interesting topics on health –

  • More men die from prostate cancer than women do of breast cancer
  • More men are diagnosed with prostate cancer than women are with breast cancer
  • Suicide is more prevalent amongst men than women

Why do women’s health topics get more coverage and awareness than mens? Marcus thinks the answer is pretty simple.

An insightful episode on topics that are in the news at the moment.

Damo is raising money for the Polished Man campaign, where he is wearing painted fingernails as part of raising awareness for childhood death (1 child dies every 5 minutes as a result of violence). Click here to donate
