How do you keep keto interesting? In today’s Keto Audit, we chat with Marc, who is relatively new to keto. But, he’s already experiencing some incredible results. Eating delicious food and feeling satiated has him hooked on keto. But, how can he be proactive when it comes to maintaining enthusiasm for this way of eating?

“I’m a dedicated eater, whether it’s good or bad. If I’m eating good, I don’t want to eat bad. If I’m eating bad, I don’t want to eat good.”

Phasing out snacks, transitioning to keto. “I had not had satiety in decades.” A1C dropped from 7 to 5.5 Triglycerides dropped from 245 to 153. Blood glucose dropped from 154 to 111. It cut my grocery bill in half. Lost 42 pounds in 90 days.

7:11-10:45:On Keto you can reduce the number of times you eat and simultaneously gain satiation. Growing up in a family that prioritized whole foods. Respecting your non-keto partner Learning to curb compulsive eating behavior.

12:56-14:47 Incorporating exercise Resist the urge to overexercise when you first start. Slowly build up so you don’t tear up your joints. Dad inspires me at the age of 80.
