In thirty years, the organization has grown to more than 6,500 volunteers who unite together to provide immediate, life-saving care to anyone in need - regardless of race or religion. This Full moon meditation is a deep releasiing of things situations habits mindsets that no longer serve you. This meditation can be used in full moons or anytime you want to release any negative thoughts behaviors or old beliefs. By creating a conscious awareness to our thoughts our habits our behaviors that keep us stuck, we can begin the process of transformation. The meditation alone can guide and assist you to a place of freedom or a beginning of a transformation. When creating a full moon ritual or ceremony use this meditation at the beginning. Allowing you to process before you release what no longer serves you or what you want to release.
