This Full moon meditation is a deep releasiing of things situations habits mindsets that no longer serve you. This meditation can be used in full moons or anytime you want to release any negative thoughts behaviors or old beliefs. By creating a conscious awareness to our thoughts our habits our behaviors that keep us stuck, we can begin the process of transformation.
