You can only see the outside of your body. Your hair, skin, nails, muscles, tummy. And you focus on these. What if you can actually look inside you and see what you needed? Trish discusses host Courtney Stulls DNA healthy aging report with her, that shows how her body functions at a cellular level. She shares how over time not addressing these genetic predispositions can lead to dis-ease. By addressing these variants that are causing us resistance and making lifestyle changes, we can take action on our genes before they take action on us.

Trish DeMarcus is a mom of 2 teenage sons and resides in sunny Southern Utah. After her own health journey led her to discover a simple DNA test she found the power in her blueprint and took action on her genes. She now helps others do the same. She is an Epigenetic coach, DNA wellness advocate and co - creator of The 7 Elements of Wellness lifestyle routine. She helps run communities and a podcast centered around 7 areas of wellness.
