Would you like to make every single day a wonderful one?

Joining Sarah Grynberg this week is Zak Williams, the co-founder and CEO of PYM (Prepare Your Mind), a mental wellness company focused on daily rituals.

He is the son of the late entertainer Robin Williams, whose legacy of joy and heart remains through iconic films including Mrs Doubtfire, Dead Poets Society and Good Morning Vietnam. Having lost his dad a decade ago, he knows it’s possible to live with the scars of trauma but it takes a lot of inner work to remain resilient.

In this episode Sarah and Zak discuss losing his father to suicide, how he dealt with his own grief, depression and anxiety, and the world's sadness when his dad - one of the most famous people in the world - suddenly died. He also discusses with Sarah the human experience and heartbreak, how it can save or destroy a person, and he takes listeners behind the scenes of his pioneering work in the mental health space.

If you'd like to live a happier life, this episode will remind you that every day is sacred, nothing lasts forever, and you can lift your life out of darkness to a place of happiness and contentment.
