On this episode we speak to age grouper Matty Earles
Matty Says "Childhood, never competed in anything really BUT always has mountains of excess energy and forever active, being an 80s kid. Was wild on skateboarding but that’s about it.

Fast forward until about 25 years old and picked up ‘fun running’ and went into amateur boxing just as stress reliever, ended up being involved as coach, chairman and all sorts for around 15 years.

Got into cycling around 10-12 years ago and never looked back and duathlon was the natural progression for me. Competed in 1 x worlds and 2 x euros for GB age group with a best of 12th in CAT at the last euros.

I am now a personal trainer with Maximum Endorphins with a real focus on enhanced wellbeing over sculpting and more recently driving my mens mental health CIC after the suicide of three young male friends called @tuff2talk."
