In a time when the world feels incredibly broken, amidst my own internal traumas coming alive day to day, I am finding it incredibly healing to hold space for fellow healers, and in doing so, to REMIND YOU OF WHO YOU ARE.

In a time when the collective sense of safety and security, our Root chakra, has been clouded with the tragedies of terrOri$m, the questions of "Am I safe?" continue to arise, as has been so prevalent for the triggers and traumas of Lori Menna and her spiritual path. I know we can all resonate with this right now.
