Dr. Crouch was named the Chief Executive Officer and President of the United Service Organizations (USO) in 2014. The USO provides programs for service members and their families in more than 250 locations. Dr. Crouch shares how the staff and thousands of volunteers are motivated to serve and able to coordinate and execute these programs for service members worldwide.
