It is in the Present Moment that you can properly see where your level(s) of momentum are and understand that it may vary depending upon a variety of situations, circumstances, challenges and opportunities. Once you can objectively see if there is a need to build momentum you can use certain tools and methodologies to achieve the desired state of being.
