1. If an athlete is having a less that good season - what are some strategies to get "back on track.”

2. Lacking confidence in the coaches game plan - not allowing them to play to their strengths. What can they do?

3. Tips to stay mentally "fresh" - what I mean by this is if they catch themselves feeling burnt out what can athletes and coaches do to help this out.
